These Goat Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers are the perfect low-carb snack. Quick, easy, delicious and keto friendly.
Ingredients needed:
• 4 mini sweet peppers
• 1/4 cup goat cheese
• 2 tbsp greek yogurt
• everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions:
Step 1. Cut the peppers in half. Deseed the peppers.
Step 2. Take a medium or large bowl and mix together the goat cheese and yogurt.
Step 3. Spoon the mixture into each of the pepper halves.
Step 4. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
